Discovery

We will help you define what you want from the style of home to your desired location. The first step to building the home of your dreams is to choose your perfect property. You may already own land or you may choose to purchase a particular building lot.

Design

We work with you to design your custom home. Bring us your plans or work decide to work with our own in-house architects and designers. When you build with ERA-GON Construction you meet directly with our designer and architect to create a home that suits your lifestyle.

Pricing

After your home is designed, you get to personalize the style and finish. With the design and specifications complete, we provide you with a fixed price to build your new home. The price we quote is the price you pay.  You are in complete control, as nothing is done without your consent.

Once the design and specification details are finalized and a deposit has been made, we break ground and construction begins. We know this is your home, so we keep you involved throughout the construction process to make sure every detail is exactly as you want it. This includes:

  • Plan review with construction staff
  • Framing review on-site
  • Electrical review on-site
  • Finishing review on-site
  • Prepossession review on-site
  • Additional site and office meetings as required

Our professional designers will work with you to help choose your finishes and interior selections ensuring your home turns out just the way you want it. You can expect to take possession of your dream home within 6 – 12 months from the time construction begins depending on the size and details of your home.
