My wife and I contracted Eragon Construction to do a substantial addition and renovation to our lakefront home at 339 Coach rd on Mara Lake which was to begin in September 2019.
The initial contact with Jared, the owner, was very positive and we found ourselves on the same page immediately. The process started exactly when promised and remained pretty much on schedule throughout. Jared and his crew were very easy to work with and were willing to make changes that both he and us came across during the build.
We were unable to be there to watch the process and Jared was really good at sending progress photo's sometimes even daily. Our company manages a Strata Corporation in Golden BC that is comprised of 20 log cabins.
The Strata Corporation hired Jared with Era-Gon Construction to repair 20 floor systems. The project had oversight and sign-off by an engineering firm. The work was completed to the satisfaction of the Owners in the allotted time period, and the Strata Corporation has hired them to complete more work since.

First of all, YES I would definitely recommend Era-gon Construction.
I first contacted them to build a 4 car garage which was exactly what my husband ordered, after 11 years it is still his favourite place to hang out in... we moved into our house in March of 2013, in June we and the whole town were flooded out. When we were finally allowed in to assess the damage it was devastating. We were not there even 20 minutes when Deb and Jared with their sons showed up! Jared immediately lined up his subcontractors and they went to work... Jared said Agnes if you want to make changes to the house now is the time...well needless to say I took advantage of it. The house had to be lifted to put a new foundation under it.. So I drew up my plans and now we have a beautiful home. We are eternally grateful for Deb and Jared and Era-gon...without them I’m pretty certain we wouldn’t still be married...😉
